We deliver training methods and protocols to suit all abilities. We teach you how to be more efficient, avoid injury, body maintainence and give you fitness and lifestyle tips you need to be better.

STRENGTH sessions, including GVT, super setting and circuit training style workouts. Our high level of coaching ensures that your individual needs are considered and movements are matched to your ability, so that you are getting the most out of each training session.

GEN- CON SESSIONS work on using your body and in many different forms from high pulse raises to slow focussed yoga poses. Learn and feel about the affects of your heart and lungs and how they impact your workout.
