A class that touches all bases, with heart, lungs, mobility, and strength components. Each class has a focus of 4-6 week format to encourage adaptability. The class is suitable for beginners and can be modified for the more advanced.

HIIT
12:30 - 13:00

Long warm up  followed by 20 minutes of HIIT. This type of interval training will give that buzz in the middle of day. Exercise you may see; burpees and jumping, throwing.

Mums of Bath mini circuit. Drop the kids off and get your exercise fix with this 30 minute total body workout, a continuous circuit that makes sure every minute counts.

Basic boxing drills mixed in with foot work and pulse raising exercises, great one for you early morning exercisers.
