Training Zone

We have been very busy over Lockdown and are continunually developing a Training Zone for all members and non Members of Bath Lawn Tennis Club. It’s in its first stage of development, and currently being used for 1 class being run by Simon. Simon has developed a format that allows people each enrolled to build up gradually with knowledge, general strength and conditioning combined with base aerobic fitness. The 6 week course of classes do vary with challenging exercise, but can be scaled back to suit all levels. It is suitable for the following

  • Beginners who don’t mind exercising in a group

  • Bit rusty and need to regain a baseline in aerobic fitness and conditionning

  • Supplement your tennis game and looking to improve on and off the court

  • Who may want to learn more about General strength and conditionning

  • Enjoy exercising in a group
